Our Customer Satisfaction Representatives (CSRs) are the primary interface for customers, guiding dealers and users to the correct products, answering questions about inventory, tracking orders, providing demo software, working through user interface issues and functional questions, and supplying any information customers need.

Our CSRs are versed in client needs and are dedicated to making the A&D experience exceptionally satisfying. The goal of our CSRs is to resolve every client issue in one call and serve as a one-stop service center for inquiries, troubleshooting, guidance, and information.

A&D's superior service also includes engineering services, such as providing certifications for weighing and medical products; supplying demo software and drivers for telemedicine devices; and offering first article inspection reports.
